The Training

Motivating, comprehensive structured programs that systematically and efficiently guides you to your goals and a healthier lifestyle.

Structure Whether it's your first journey to a fitness/health goal or you've been working out for years, a systematic and progressive program will be designed for you based on your goalscapabilities, and the needs of your body.

Motivation Willpower is a finite resource. Having someone on your team by your side motivating and cheering you will help you finish that extra repetition or set that will bring you to the next level.

Accountability Having a trainer waiting for you at the gym with a smile on his face every time you show up will motivate you not to skip a workout even if you don't feel like it. Accountability is one of the first steps to a long and success fitness journey and lifestyle

RECONDITIONING/Corrective Exercise

Not everyone is looking for boot camp style sessions with a trainer yelling in their ears. Whether you just got out of physical therapy or an old injury is flaring up, there are copious exercises and reconditioning you can do in the gym and by yourself to mitigate joint/muscle pain and prevent future injuries.

I've successfully trained many clients with injuries ranging from plantar fascitis to ACL tears, to Labral tears. With an increased focus on flexibilitystability as well as other factors, I am always looking to use exercise to improve the quality of life and prevent future injuries for all my clients.

DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING

Your workout program will be ever-changing moving from one modality to another. For one period of time you may work with bodyweight and resistance bands, then exclusively with kettlebells or sandbags. We may focus on stability and balance one month, then work on speed and endurance the next.

When you're excited to come to the gym, results are inevitable.
